Use this option to reverse Nominal Ledger transactions. Select the appropriate date period to view existing transactions. The displayed list can be filtered to display specific transaction types using the drop down filter list.

Select the desired transactions by placing a tick mark in the first column. The total debit and credit amounts of all selected transactions MUST balance before the selected transactions can be reversed using the Post button.

If for any reason your screen looks different and you wish to reset it back to its default configuration then right-click the items list and choose Reset Grid Layout. For further details see list views.
