If you do not log out of Ice Ledger properly, then you will get a message similar to the above at next log in attempt, after you have entered the correct login details for the user in question. If this is the case and the user in question is NOT logged in, then you can use the Clear button to clear the previous session.

You are able to run multiple copies of Ice Ledger on a single PC to log into either different companies or the same company but with a different login ID. When there are multiple sessions running, then Ice Ledger is not able to differentiate between a previously failed session and a current live session with the user inadvertently attempting to log in again. In such circumstances, you will see this following message when attempting to log in.

You can either close all Ice Ledger sessions and try again to log into the problem account. If the issue still persists, try restarting the computer before logging back in to failed account.

If you have tried all the above and you are still not able to log in then login as another user that has access to the Settings, Utilities menu.
